Race Start Time:
First heat begins at 9:00am and the last heat is at noon. There are 100 people per heat. Following please find the race wave times: 9:00 AM, 9:45 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:15 am, and Noon. Check-in begins 45 minutes before your race time.

Course Description:
The course will be on the Rockland Community College campus. The course will contain 6 to 12 obstacles.
Aid Stations:
There will be an aid station and paramedics will be on standby. Participants will be provided with water.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome!
Parking:
Parking is free!
Post Party:
There will not be a post-party but there will be refreshments and food vendors. Free activities for all ages (bounce house & face painting)

The event will not be timed.
You must be 14 & over to compete in the obstacle course/fun run.
