Course Description:

Rugged Norwegian forrest. Hilly. Worthy of real Vikings only.

Viking Race takes place in the rugged forrests of Norway where Vikings roamed 1000 years ago. In addition to standard OCR obstacles such as wooden walls and rope climbs, Viking Race features norse obstacles like Troll Bars, Einherjer & Valkyrie, Loki's Fishnet, and more! For an authentic Viking theme, Viking Race is collaborating with the Vikingship Museum. The museum reps will bring swords and helmets that people can try on in the race village.Viking Race participants (shieldmaidens and berserkers) will have to run, climb, jump, balance and crawl through the course.

Viking Race Miðgarðr is a 5 kilometer obstacle race for participants of all athletic levels and abilites, from couch potatos to elite runners.
Viking Race Ásgarðr is a 10 kilometer obstacle race, and the next step up in the Viking Race series. Be ware that in addition to a longer distance, the obstacles in Viking Race Ásgarðr are also tougher than in Viking Race Miðgarðr - still, everyone should be able to finish a Viking Race Ásgarðr.
