Course Description:
5k course with up to 20 obstacles designed to be challenging for everyone regardless of ages and fitness level .
60% in the forest / 40% in open area. Mostly flat terrain with short climbing zone.
Obstacles included : river, giant slides, mud pit, fast track, jumps, wood structures, rope challenges, aerial bridges, and much more.

Parking:
Free parking on site! Most of the course within 10 minutes walk from parking lot
Post Party:
There will be BBQ’s on site and Subway restaurant, Salvatore pizza, snacks and more good restaurants in our area
Other:
LA CONQUÊTE will take place to raise money for the young sports enthusiasts from our sports & studies program at Le Sommet high school in the development of their sports facilities and access to advanced equipment
No additional fees except taxes upon registration. However, a $ 50 fee will be charged in case of loss of the electronic chip
Le Manoir du Lac Delage is about ten minutes from the competition site. Country inn near the lake, spas, various activities www.lacdelage.com
Changing rooms and showers will be available for free as well as secure storage areas and under supervision
Dress so as to be comfortable to run, climb, crawl, etc. Note that your footwear and apparel will also be tested. Wearing gloves can be an asset. Bring towel and extra clothes for after the race
No refund will be made, registration is transferable. Make sure to contact us at least 72 hours prior to competition
You can pay your registration via a credit or debit card directly on the online form. Unfortunately we can not accept cash or checks
