Race Start Time:

Competitors select a start time range. For Saturday there are two 3-hour blocks: 10am - 1pm and 1pm - 4pm.
Sunday there is one start block from 9am to Noon.
Frequency and number of competitors in each heat will be determined by the total number of entrants.

Alpine Adventure Challenge Rise to the challenge of the Alpine Adventure. Test your endurance, strength, agility and mental toughness. Work together as you climb, slide, splash, endure, and succeed. This 5k adventure mud run will provide challenge and fun for all abilities while utilizing the exciting terrain and elevation changes on the ski slopes.

Course Description:

The course runs up and down the slopes of Nordic Mountain. While the elevation changes will be a challenge, our obstacles are designed for all ability levels.

Aid Stations:

The National Ski Patrol will provide aid throughout the course with paramedics on standby. There will be fruit and water at the finish line.

Awards:

No individual awards.

Spectators:

Spectators are free.

Parking:

Parking is $10 and is on site. Carpooling is recommended.

Post Party:

Live music, food, and beer will make for a great post-party atmosphere.

Other:

Money from every entry will support the non-profit Nordic Mountain Ski Patrol.
The event is not timed.
You do not need to be able to swim to compete.
We will have a gear check and shower stations available.

Team:

Competitors are welcome to sign up as teams and encouraged to work together.
There is no special team discount or scoring.
