Course Description:
A hilly course with 20 or so obstacles ranging from trenches, horse jumps, walls and crawls. It is not an extreme obstacle course.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics will be in attendance.
There will be water stations and fruit and water will be given at the finish line.
Spectators:
There is not a huge area for spectators and they are not permitted to roam the course.
Parking:
Free parking is provided but it is not extensive so car sharing is recommended.

An opportunity is given on registration for participants to give to our chosen charity of JDRF UK.
The minimum age is 17 on the day of the run.
There is water but not deep.
No gear check but there will be a warm up.
There are toilets and a changing area - no shower.
Team:
Teams up to 10 are permitted and will get a 5% discount.
