Course Description:
The event is a 4 mile course consisting of over 16 obstacles, perfect for both the weekend warrior looking for a new challenge as well as the casual runner looking their first challenge. The course will be completely redesigned from last year so be ready for a fresh, new experience... complete with way more water stations! The Swamp Stomp is geared toward adults but minors can participate if running with an adult.
The course will feature the following 16 obstacles:
1: Staircase
2: Headwall Hell (going up the headwall of Wheel's)
3: The 10ft Nunda Lumber Wall
4: OMG (zigzag-like series of 100ft stretches alternating up and down the mountain.)
5: Boot Camp (old-school football drill through tires)
6: Commando Crawl
7: Monkey Bars
8: Over/Under (blue barrels in a water pit - either go over or under)
9: Cargo Net
10: The Swamp
11: Tire Wall
12: Muddy Balance Beams
13: Jacob's Ladder
14: Rope Bridge
15: 75ft CP WARD Water Slide
16: Tube Bridge
Aid Stations:
We will have ski patrollers and lifeguards on seen. We will have at least 3 water stations throughout the course. We will have 2 fruit stations throughout the course.
Spectators:
Spectators fee is $5
Parking:
FREE parking
Post Party:
We have a post party with a DJ, beer truck, and food. Stay dirty and drink lots!
