Course Description:
The Swain Swamp Stomp & Obstacle Challenge is a 4 mile course with over 35 obstacles that will test the limits of your endurance, strength, and willpower! Let no obstacle stand in your way - STOMP through it! The Swamp Stomp is geared toward adults but minors can participate if running with an adult.
Spectators:
Spectators Allowed - Will pay $5 for entry on Day of Event which includes a free beverage

This year, Swain is proud to support the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund on the 20th anniversary of 9/11. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to this worthwhile cause.

Participants are encouraged to register teams of 8 or more people
Kids Race:
The Lil Stompers Challenge is back for 2021! The Lil Stompers event starts at noon and will consist of several kid-friendly obstacles. For ages 12 and under.
Two groups of Ages 6-8 and Ages 9 -12
