Course Description:
We challenge you with a full 5k run through the canopy of Lake Park.
The course is mostly flat with some ups and downs along the way.
Our obstacles are tough and include cargo nets, rock walls, slat walls, tower climbs rope crossings, 8 mud pits and more.
No timing just fun for everyone.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics will be on hand with both an aid station and a cart
