Course Description:
This year, the event will take place on one day only and participants can choose between a six or 10 mile mud run with up to 35 obstacles. A combined effort of running, crawling, climbing and scrambling will all be required to cross the finish line. Get ready for harder obstacles, more mud and some serious fun! Up to 35 obstacles along the 10 mile route. Up to 20 obstacles along the 6 mile route.
Aid Stations:
Water will be available for participants. First aiders will be on hand if needed.
Spectators:
There are places along the route for spectators to watch participants get wet and muddy! You do not need to purchase a separate ticket.
Parking:
There is plenty of parking for participants and spectators.

As a nod to the incredible teamwork and bravery of the crews aboard our two helicopters and all our staff across the charity, this year we are encouraging teams to get involved and highlight the individual skills they each bring to make their team work.
Team:
Sign up with team mates or as an individual. There's no maximum team size. If you're the first one in your team to sign up, you will need to enter a team name. If you're joining a team, you will just need to search for the team you want to join.
