Race Start Time:
Racer check-in will tentatively begin at 8:00 am and continue throughout the day. Our first wave will begin at 9:00am and continue every 15 mins until 1:00 pm. The first 2 waves will be our competitive races. (40 person cap on all waves).
Make it a priority to arrive 20 minutes early to your wave start time. This will ensure you have plenty of time to warm up and begin your wave on time. Please plan accordingly.

Course Description:
Fire? Check. Hills? Check. Snow, Water, Mud? Check, Check, Check!
There are traditional 5k obstacles and then there is the ERX Extreme 5K. Our crew of twisted-thinking course developers are plotting a pathway littered with obstacles, natural terrain, and a few surprises. ERX Motor Park features top-notch facilities, amazing terrain, and has built a reputation of developing events nothing short of world-class.
What will be in store for 2020? Take a look at our 2019 course on our website to get an idea! We'll be adding an additional TWO obstacles this year for a total of 18!
Aid Stations:
We have ParaCorp (medical personnel) on-site the entire day.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome at the post-party and to roam the course to cheer on their racers.
Parking:
We recommend carpooling but do have a nearby lot available; will shuttle if lots further from the course have to be opened up.
Post Party:
After Party and Awards - Post a selfie and let others know your self-importance! Also, there is an open kidz zone full of fun for the whole family!

ERX is excited to partner with the Jeff Hill Legacy Fund for the 2020 ERX Extreme 5K Charity of choice.
Captain Jeff Hill was one of four crew members killed in a C-17 plane crash on 28 July 2010, on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. A memorial scholarship was created in his name shortly after his death, with the mission of providing financial assistance for educational expenses to young cadets in the US Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC).
Jeff tackled every day of his life with enthusiasm, a great attitude, a smile, and a little witty sarcasm. He was an absolute joy to be around and his infectious personality drew people to him. He loved the Air Force and the outdoors, but loved being a father and husband most of all. He gave his life in support of his country and left a legacy of helping others. Through the Jeff Hill Legacy Fund, we strive to keep his memory alive while helping young cadets achieve their goals of becoming officers in the United States Air Force.
You will have the opportunity to donate during registration and we hope you can help us provide funds to these honorable cadets.
