Course Description:
The Gropen Extreme is a challenge where you will struggle, test your limits and experience the joy of movement . You run, climb and crawl into what nature has to offer. The den offers terrain where you will get to move over logs, stone and clay.
7km main group.
6.5km team competition.
3.5km 11-16yrs race.
2km disabilities group.
