Course Description:

In the Fisherman’s Friend StrongmanRun history we offer two different tracks: 10 kilometres track (1 lap of 10 kilometres with about 15 obstacles) and 20 kilometres track (2 laps of 10 kilometres with about 15 obstacles per round). In addition to dexterity, climbing, jumping and several swimming obstacles, also speed will be necessary to manage the track. The route also includes gravel pits, forest, as well as uneven ground with potential hidden roots, wires, reinforcing steel, construction debris or stones which surface due to earth erosion, maceration or running over.

Aid Stations:

Refreshments in form of water and fruits will be handed out at 3-4 supplying stations along the track.
Ambulances, accident help provisions, first aid tents as well as paramedics at neuralgic places of the course will provide sufficient medical care for the participants.

Spectators:

Spectators are welcome

Parking:

There are sufficient parking possibilities available for participants and spectators. Please pay attention to the signs for the individual parking sites.

Other:

Guarded wardrobe for athletes.
Warm showers afterwards, also for the last finisher.
