Course Description:
Gaylord Gauntlet offers a blend of wooded trail and open field running with 22 natural and man-made obstacles along the way to test an athlete’s strength and endurance. Mud will be used sparingly, but upper body strength will be featured in some obstacles including a rock wall climb and vine swings.
Aid Stations:
First aid, food, and water available.
Spectators:
Spectators are free to attend, but cannot roam onto the course.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Post Party:
A festival area will offer food and beverage vendors, DJ and kids' activities.
Other:
This race is recommended for ages 12 and up. Gaylord Specialty Healthcare Physical Therapists will be on hand to stretch participants before the race for free. A children's obstacle course will be open to kids 5 to 11 who are accompanied by an adult.
