St Lukes Hospice Mud Run St Luke’s Hospice and Spartan Fam have joined forces to bring you the Mud Run 2015:
Taking part in the heart of Harrow, this action packed family event promises to be the muddiest fun you’ve ever had.
On the day, participants of all ages will be ducking and diving, jumping and climbing over 15 obstacles on a 5km course.

Course Description:

Brand new for 2017, St Luke’s are once again teaming up with Push it for the Peace in the annual obstacle run but with a makeover! Taking place on Saturday 23rd September in Cassiobury Park, Watford, you’ll have to take part in four distinctive zones with a choice of 5k or 10k route.
The Inflatable Zone
The Foam Zone
The Water Zone
The Military Zone (10k route only)
Each of the zones will be jam packed with loads of great obstacles - some will be fun, some will be hard, some will get you muddy and some will get you very, very wet! Yes it's going to be a challenge but it's also going to be great fun with the usual team spirit and camaraderie that makes this event so special.

Post Party:

There will be plenty of rides, refreshment and entertainment for everyone waiting for you to complete the event in the village as well as a beer tent and you can run as part of a team or on your own.

Other:

We ask all of our participants to raise as much money as possible to enbale us to continue helping people in the local community with terminal illnesses. By raising just £60 you could enable a patient to access high quality hospice care in the familiar surroundings of his or her own home by paying for a home visit from one of our doctors, nurses or social workers.
