Course Description:
5KM or 10KM mixed terrain obstacle course run at the brilliant Thorndon Country Park for teams of 3 or 4 people. The course consists of different terrains, mud, water, team challenges and of course obstacles. Suitable for all fitness levels our events are a great social and about having fun, challenging yourself and working in a team. Ideal for companies for team building or friends who train together.
Other:
A donation from each team will go to one of our charities The Essex Wildlife Trust.
