First 2 waves for elite runners.

Course Description:

Challenge yourself to 4 miles of 20 custom-designed obstacles over hills, through grass, along pavement, over tire mountain, through sand, water, mud, and suds!
No razor-sharp objects.
Great fun for all levels of experience.

Aid Stations:

1 water station along the course as well as rest rooms with flush toilets.
Water by LaCroix.
Fruit.

Awards:

Awards in 5-year age groups.
Custom sculpted awards for top 3 males and top 3 females.

Spectators:

Spectators free, but must stay off the course for safety.

Parking:

Free parking.
Carpooling recommended and encouraged.
