Starts at 8:00 AM every 20 minutes, ends at 8:00pm or till we are done
30 people in a heat. 12:00 noon for teams after teams are done will go back to individuals runners heats

Course Description:
It is Kansas of course it is going to be flat not hilly. I like to think the course is old
school obstacle course from the 1950 -1970.
I will use a lake it's water, banks,
mud ,sand, island in the lake ,a floating bridge.
There will be 32 obstacle on Blackheart Challenge for individuals. Blackheart Strong will with additional 6 obstacles, this races is for teams of 6 runners which 2 will be women.
Some of the obstacles include:
- Sand pit- crawling on sand under barwire
- Sweat box crawling though a long box
- Cage long wooden
- Swim in water off island
- Wall 10 foot high to get over
- Windows to get though
- Shawshank pipe to though with mud
- Goo pit crawl up lake bank in mud
- Ledge 36"" walking beam
- Swim more water
- Climb 12 foot high tire climb
- Hurdles short walls 2 foot to 4 foot high
- Ladder wall 12 foot high to climb over
- 6-12 pitch roof to get over
- Mud slide though mud
- Gut rub 6 feet high obstacle to get over
- Challenge warrior jousting
Two times around the coures to get 5 .5 miles. Teams will have 6 more obstacle to go though but I will not tell at this time
Aid Stations:
Water station every mile.
We will have paramedics on standby, Fruit & water at the finish line.
Awards:
Awards for best costume ,muddy finisher , farthest to traveled come runner to come,winners of the pit, And more
Spectators:
Spectators are free can roam course freely just stay out of way. Spectators will have to buy there own food & drink. Or bringing in coolers are welcome
Parking:
Parking will be tight. I do recommend carpooling.
Post Party:
D.J. Entertainment
There will be food and drinks but no beer will be for sell.
Other:
Money will go to Make A Wish of Kansas, Wichita Park Foundation
Runners 18 and over on race day.
You will not have to be able to swim.
No gear check.
