Course Description:
HELL & BACK Titan is a brand NEW course! The compact route has been designed to include a large number of obstacles over a shorter distance (7km vs the more traditional 12-14km). While the creators have included many old favourites, like Killruddery's Rivers, Mountains, Bogs and Forests, H&B Titan will also include a large number of man-made obstacles over the 7km course.
Aid Stations:
First aid and Mountain rescue on site.
Water stations throughout the course.
Water and fruit at the finish line, food vendors on site.

Free Entry for Spectators!

Timing Chips are not available - this is a challenge, not a race!
Team:
At a mere (!) 7km, Titan is the ideal distance if you have never done HELL & BACK before...so why not get the whole family involved?!
You can choose to register as an Individual, Team of 4 or part of a large group (21+ people). Individuals and Teams of 4 can register online, while group leaders can phone us on +353 1 2147355 to set up a group account.
