Mud Endeavor Welcome to the Mud Endeavor, Florida’s premium 5k obstacle/mud run! Mud Endeavor is set at the edge of the Withlacoochee State Forest. With breath taking views and over 100 feet in elevation changes, this course will challenge even the most fit competitors. Waiting for you will be 15 challenging obstacles, sand, clay, gumbo, and a ton of mud! The Mud Endeavor grounds are so tough they are used to train the Florida National Guard and the Black Hawk Helicopter pilots. Think you can handle the course the Military trains on? The Mud Endeavor course is conveniently located on 50 beautiful acres off of Highway 50 in Brooksville just less than a mile from I-75, with plenty of hotels and restaurants right off the exit. Plan for a day of running, mud, slides, rockin’ music, beer and more! This race is fun for the whole family!

Course Description:

Mud Endeavor travels down to the Little Manatee River for a scenic 5k mud obstacle run at yet another amazing location. The Masonic Park and Youth Camp, where this event is being held, consist of 204 acres of wilderness sitting directly on the Little Manatee River. The park is managed and owned by the 17 Masonic Lodges in Hillsborough County. The Masons have been giving back to the youth for years. Now, in addition, they are helping Mud Endeavor produce a 5k run for those who are ready to endeavor the Little Manatee River. This run will test the elite competitor as well as the average runner with a unique course design that includes winding trails through and alongside the beautiful river and 15+ challenging but fun obstacles. Whether you are pushing yourself to complete this new 5k challenge for time or for fun, when it's all said and done, you will leave with another great Mud Endeavor experience. The Little Manatee River run is ready... Are You?

Aid Stations:

We have one aid station, paramedics on standby. We provide fruit and water at the finish line.

Spectators:

Spectator fee: $5.00. Spectators can roam most of the course freely and can get into the post party.

Parking:

Parking fee: $10.00. We recommend carpooling and it is not a remote lot

Other:

We also have showers to rinse of the mud and changing tents to get out of the wet clothes and into some dry ones. We recommend bringing a change of clothes, shoes, towel and a plastic bag for your wet clothes.We also have a shoe donation for a good cause.
The best part of this fun event is a portion of the proceeds benefit OPERATION HOMEFRONT our charity partner!

Team:

There are teams at our race. We do not have special scoring for the teams. Four or more people per team. No team discounts.
