It's all good FUN in the MUD. The 1km marked course guarantees face-fulls of mud. Tackle the course in teams of two or in larger teams or as a family.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver and the course is designed for children 5+ years.

Minimum 2 people per team. Family pack cost is for maximum of 2 adults and 3 kids or 1 adult and 4 kids. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver and the course is designed for children 5+ years.

Course Description:

LOTS OF MUD!!
Flat course through the Havelock Estuary. Course obstacles will include things like tyres and a cargo rope and other competitors are often fun to manoeuver around.

Aid Stations:

Our marshals will be on the sidelines to pull any sinking people out of the mud and St John will be there to tend to any medical needs.
The fire brigade will be there to hose you off after the race so don't forget to bring a towel and a clean change of clothes.

Prizes:

Heaps of spot prizes and prizes for best fancy dress teams.

Spectators:

Come cheer on your mates, take photos and brace yourself for a muddy hug from them. All spectators are encouraged to dress up as well.

Parking:

There will be event specific parking and parking wardens pointing you in the right direction.

Post Party:

Food vendors and music will be at the finish and there will be heaps of spot prizes!

Other:

This event is all about good fun in the mud with your mates. Get your fancy dress on and prepare to be in dire need of the fire brigade wash down after the event.

Team:
