The action-packed series follows competitors as they tackle a series of challenging obstacle courses in both city qualifying and city finals rounds across the country. Those who successfully complete the finals course in their designated region move on to the national finals round in Las Vegas, where they face a stunning four-stage course modeled after the famed Mt. Midoriyama course in Japan. The winner will take home a grand prize of $1,000,000. Although many have come close, no competitor has yet to achieve total victory and claim the prize.
“American Ninja Warrior” enjoyed an incredible sixth season that included breathtaking and history-making performances. Interest and enthusiasm continues to grow, with submissions up 10 times over last year. This season, more than 700 contestants are expected to come out to test their skills on the course. In addition to featuring some familiar classics, such as the Warped Wall and the Salmon Ladder, the show will introduce 23 new obstacles that call upon a competitor's endurance, balance and upper body and grip strength

American Ninja Warrior Philadelphia was amazing! We were only a few feet away from the course, so we had a great view! We went both nights, and it was non-stop action. We loved the entire experience!
