The BC Stampede is an event for adventurous people. You will run, climb, and wade your way through several obstacles to test your mental and physical skills. Everyone from serious athletes to weekend warriors are elgible to compete. This year we are adding a new obstacles, more climbing, more balance, and more team work! In addition to the individual 3.1 mile course we are adding a Team Wave, so you don’t have to go it alone. In fact, you will need to run as a team. The teams time is based on the last person to cross the finish. So you cant leave anyone behind, there isn’t an “I” in team.
