Conquer your fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embrace your love of friends, fitness and fun. Crush your inner wimp as you crank your adrenaline to push yourself and your fellow Heroes to the finish (without spilling over laughing). Then celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the post-race Mud Bash featuring a BBQ, bevies, live music and more. If you’re mad about mud, this is your run.

Did this with some friends for the first time. We had a great time! So much fun...so much mud!!! Staff were amazing, fellow runners were friendly, and the after party was fun despite the rain. Would definitely do this again!
We had a BLAST
Had the best time Ever!!!! Had my hubby and daughter there this year and we got right down and muddy....We are all signed up for next year....It was great from start to finish....showers could have a little more water pressure or more of them but other then that great run
Loved the ultra! Such a hot day but it was a fabulous event! Would love to do it again in 2019! My dad has issued the challenge and I want to take him up on it!
Awesome experience
The obstacles were tough at times but they were so much fun! I got separated from my group for a while but everyone was so kind and helpful. Even though it was a competition, everyone was helping the people in front or behind them to complete the obstacles. And the water the event volunteers gave out at the end of the run was most certainly appreciated appreciated! Can't wait to do it next summer!
my daughter and i love this we have done this for 2 years and will continue to do it, its a for a great cause and we have a blast!! I try to get all my friends and family involved :)

Messy competition rocks!
First time doing Mud Hero, but have done many other obstacle races. A ton of fun, fairly easy run compared with others I've done, better mud than I've seen in most courses, lots of hills though, good finish to the race.
First time doing Mud Hero and I have wanted to try it forever! So much fun and super glad I finally got to do it! All the staff were very nice, same with the runners. People helped with harder obstacles and were really supportive.
Only downfall was the colder temperature, but that's typical NS in September.
I have done the mud run for two years in a row now and have found every year really fun to do!!! The mud/water slide at the end is my absolute favourite!!
They also make is easy to drop off your bag/towel at the bag check tent and using the showers/changing tents at the end are also convenient as well. :D
Went with a group of 1st time runners and it was an absolute Blast!! Obstacles were fun, but still a challenge!! Looking forward tah going again next year!!!!!!!
