Park Ratheniska GAA obstacle races, mud run, and OCR information, distance, cost, dates, calendar, discounts, obstacles, reviews, and more

This is mainly a 5k & 10k Obstacle fun run located at Park/Ratheniska G.A.A. Grounds on the last Sunday of the year. There is also a 5k road walk also available.


The run features hills, straw obstacles, climbing and crawling obstacles as well as water and mud obstacles. The run starts with a short road run down and back up a sharp hill to warm up the legs.


We welcome all types of runners and the 5k lap suits beginners and the 10k will test the intermediate runners.
