Race the Tide, now in it’s 6th year, is an exhilarating obstacle course race covering either 7km or 12km of the beautiful Eskdale Valley in Cumbria.
Starting and finishing in the grounds of the magnificent Muncaster Castle, you’ll be facing a barrage of hurdles – both on land and over water – as you race to beat the incoming River Esk tidal estuary.
