Shadey’s Rugged Run is a 3.5 mile mud/obstacle course featuring over 17 obstacles designed to challenge participants as they run through mud, fire, water, walls and more.
Proceeds benefit Lancaster Bible College Athletics and Penn State Hershey Children’s Miracle Network. In the past five years we have raised over $118,000 for CMN and Charger Athletics!

Shadey's Rugged Run
Shadey’s rugged run is an event that I have waited for years to come to Lancaster County. I have been a big fan of Ninja Warrior so when I saw that Shadey’s Rugged Run was being sponsored by Lancaster Bible College, I signed up to run and be a volunteer. It was a very challenging course and I loved every minute of the race. My friends and I had a blast, even though we suffered a few war wounds from the course. The course offered seventeen challenging obstacles that were a challenge for even the most seasoned runners. My friends and I were able to complete everything and best of all the friendships formed along the way were incredible. In addition, Shadey’s Rugged Run is spectator friendly, without a doubt I will sign up for this race in the future.
