This one-day 5K obstacle run for all ages and all abilities is inexpensive to enter and chock-full of community spirit, competition and fun!
This isn't your typical obstacle run!


The obstacles for Snake Hill Slam were born of the very community-building philosophy that embodies Sundre's Greenwood Neighbourhood Place non-profit resource centre.
Each obstacle is designed, built and facilitated by a local business with a unique flair that represents the nature of that business. For example, you can bet that the local tire shop will have some tire action, the roofing business will have a roof pitch and shingles, etc.

Our hope for this family fun race is that the contributing businesses will bring not only their ingenuity but their families and employees to this event so that we can all get to know one another on a different level, a level rich with the values of cooperation, community spirit, and the love for life and the outdoors that lies at the heart of Sundre.
