KOR Komplex

KōR Komplex is St. Louis’ first ninja warrior training course.

The KoR Komplex is a thrill seekers dream! We have professionally engineered training obstacles that are everything but easy! The current concept for our gym is designed around the TV series American Ninja Warrior. Our goal is to create an environment that is supportive, fun, energetic and committed to achieving optimal health through fun and ever changing exercise programs. We have a couple ANW hopefuls that use our course as well as, celebrities such as, Jamie Rahn, a.k.a, Mr. NBC & Michelle Warnky. Think you have what it takes to be on the show or just want to experience the thrill of the obstacles, then come check us out!

With over 3,300 sq/ft of unique indoor space, the Komplex offers over 15 different obstacles that challenge upper body strength, coordination, balance and agility.
