We have teamed up with City Fit Shop in Edmonton to bring you a challenge that you can do almost anywhere.
The workout is a ladder starting with 10 reps in around and going down to one rep in around. So you start with 10 reps the first round, 9 reps the second, 8 reps the third until you are at 1 rep per round.
