Course Description:
The course is a mixture of wooded trails and gravel paths, with a few gentle hills here and there.
Prizes:
Do a test-drive of your Halloween costume and get awarded big prizes! We'll be having a group and individual costume contest at 10:30AM, before the run starts at 11AM.
Spectators:
Spectators can hang at Ground Zero to see the start and finish line. They can drink some beer, eat some food, and rock out, but the course is for runners only.
Parking:
There is ample parking for humans and zombies alike.
Post Party:
After the run (if you're still alive) we'll have beer, soda, water, gatorade, and delicious food for your further enjoyment.
Other:
There is no minimum age to enter and all living and dead are welcomed to join.
The Running Dead 5K is not a timed event. You can run, walk, hobble and groan your way to the finish line all on your own time. However, the event will end at 2pm.
