Course Description:
Murder Creek Mud Run offers 25+ Obstacles course of muddy goodness in 3 local parks connected by the flowing waters of the creek.
3 of the best miles of muddy obstacle racing await you when three city parks are transformed into an obstacle mayhem. Enjoy mud, slides, ropes, walls, rigs and more with the changing scenery from a nature park to the most beautiful flowers in America and back into the creek to slide into the finish line.
Aid Stations:
There will be three aid stations through out the course. We will also have fire fighters and swift water rescue personnel at creek crossings.
There will be over 75 volunteers stationed through the course to help you have the best experience possible.
Prizes:
Awards for the fastest in the Elite heat, Corporate Heat, Open Heat and kids heat.
Spectators:
Admission for spectators is FREE! We want your friends and family to come watch you conquer the creek and get in on the fun. There will be several spots for optimal viewing of the race.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Post Party:
There will be music before, during and after the race. Food vendors will be on site also.
Other:
Proceeds for the race will go to benefit Paws Crossed Dog Rescue and Backpack Buddies, two of our local charities.
Team:
We want as many teams as possible in this race. We are offering team discounts and it is a great way to enjoy the experience with some of your closest dirty friends.
Teams must have a minimum of 4 runners per team and a maximum of 20 per team. At least 4 runners must finish together to be considered for the team awards.
Kids Race:
Ages 3-10 to register for the Youth Race.
Children 10-13 may race on the adult course with an adult while 14+ may race alone and compete.
