Mountain Grind The Mountain Grind is a 9K cross country OCR. Set in beautiful Pender Harbour, the nature influenced obstacle will be fun and challenging for everyone. It is a two day event, starting off with a 'Kick Off Party,' for registrants to join together to pick up packages, enjoy dinner, live music, drinks and 'mini-grinder' races for the kids. The race is chip timed for Grinders 13 and up. Sign up as a group or race individually, anyone can mountain grind!

Course Description:

10K Obstacle course with 12-15 obstacles! The obstacles are nature influenced and exciting for any fitness level.
The Mountain Grind is a 12K Cross Country Obstacle Race. It features the West Coaster Trail and the natural beauty of Pender Harbour. Located in Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast of BC, its a great way to start your summer adventures and amazing motivation for everyone who is involved.

Aid Stations:

We have a first aid team with paramedics on site (with quads). Water stations through out and at the finish line

Awards:

7 different age group ranging from 10-60+. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes

Spectators:

Spectators are free! We will have live video feed of race from beer garden and spectators can roam free

Parking:

We have limited parking. We recommend Carpooling and there will be a shuttle from a lot

Post Party:

Beer garden access!

Other:

There will be a shower and change tent

50/50 draw
