The Mountain Grind is a 9K cross country OCR. Set in beautiful Pender Harbour, the nature influenced obstacle will be fun and challenging for everyone. It is a two day event, starting off with a ‘Kick Off Party,' for registrants to join together to pick up packages, enjoy dinner, live music, drinks and ‘mini-grinder' races for the kids. The race is chip timed for Grinders 13 and up. Sign up as a group or race individually, anyone can mountain grind!
