Course Description:

Hunt for over 30 checkpoints spread throuought the park using a compass and map. The course will have a mix of checkpoints, some good for kids and first time racers, some maliciously placed. Every racer will be given a course map on race day with the checkpoints pre-marked. Find as many checkpoins as you can in 6 hours. This is a rogaine style (all on foot racing against the clock) adventure race. No bikes or paddling required. Stay on the trails... or not. Up to you. Race as a team or solo. Any racer under 15 must race on a team with an adult.

Aid Stations:

Paramedics will be stationed in the park. Snacks at base camp.

Awards:

Three brackets. Adult solo, adult team, and teams with kid racers.

Spectators:

The park and trails will remain open to the public.

Parking:

Ample parking.

Other:

Adults and kids (even your kids) can race. 14 and under must race with an adult 18+.
The kids race winner will be decided by which ever team with at least one kid has found the most checkpoints and has returned to base camp by 1200.

Team:

Max team size of 4, free to mix-and-match genders. To race as a team click the team box on the registration form put in a team name.
