Mud Run Mayhem Challenge yourself to 5k of mayhem as you run, crawl, climb and slide your way round this muddy assault course, all in aid of Hansel - a Scottish charity supporting people with Learning Disabilities in Ayrshire.

The course by Scottish Assault Courses Craufurdland Estate, Fenwick was designed and tested by the military elite but with an emphasis on fun and several 'softer' options - participants can opt out of obstacles or reduce the length of their challenge depending on their fitness levels.
You can take part on your own or why not gather a team together? Participants are advised to wear old clothes and bring a change of clothing and a towel.

Course Description:

5k course, with a range of obstacles. Look out your favourite superhero costume or create your very own and run, climb, slide laugh and maybe even fly your way around the course - all in the name of charity!

Aid Stations:

No aid stations will be available.

Prizes:

This year, the person who raises the most sponsorship money will win 2 nights bed and breakfast at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow!

Spectators:

Free entry for spectators.

Parking:

Parking available on site.

Other:

Registration costs £20 per person and we would be delighted if you chose to collect sponsorship as well. You could use JustGiving ( http://www.justgiving.com/hanselfoundation ) or a link to our sponsor form will be provided if you register online.
All money raised will go to Hansel, a charity based in Ayrshire supporting people with Learning Disabilities.
The minimum age for participants is 16 years.Children aged 8-15 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Changing facilities will be provided afterwards, but no showers are available.

Team:

Take part alone or as part of a team and with lots of family friendly activities available on the day, the more the muddier!
