Challenge yourself to 5k of mayhem as you run, crawl, climb and slide your way round this muddy assault course, all in aid of Hansel – a Scottish charity supporting people with Learning Disabilities in Ayrshire.


The course by Scottish Assault Courses Craufurdland Estate, Fenwick was designed and tested by the military elite but with an emphasis on fun and several ‘softer' options – participants can opt out of obstacles or reduce the length of their challenge depending on their fitness levels.
You can take part on your own or why not gather a team together? Participants are advised to wear old clothes and bring a change of clothing and a towel.
