Race Start Time:
The first heat starts at 1pm. Heats continue every half hour until 4 pm. The only heat that is timed is the first heat.

Course Description:
The course is 4.75 miles long with over 40 named obstacles. There is 800 vertical feet of climbing throughout the course. All obstacles are optional. If someone doesn't want to do an obstacle, in most cases they can just walk around it. If they want to repeat an obstacle, that is welcome also.
Aid Stations:
There is one water station about a mile through the course. Members of the Blue Knob Ski Patrol patrol the course to render first aid if needed. Bananas, granola bars, and water is available at the finish line.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.
Parking:
Parking is free. The lot is small, so most people end up parking along the road. In this case, there will be a short walk to the start/finish line.
Other:
Proceeds from the Muddy Bloody Run benefit the Everett Area Renaissance Foundation and the Tenley Park Recreation Board.
Team:
People are welcome to run as a team, just sign up the same way, but there are no official teams.
