Starting at 7am, waves of 15 athletes will be released every minute across 5 groups (Elite, Confirmed, Morning, Afternoon, Late Afternoon. Your exact start time in the group you registered for will be posted here a few days prior to the event.

Course Description:
There are some staples in our repertoire. There are also some venue specific and terrain inspired obstacles. We will not, however, spell it out for you. We do not have course maps. Each Spartan Race strives to surprise the athlete. Preperation for the unknown is a must.
There is fire, mud, water, barbed wire, and occasionally Hell on Earth. There WILL be obstacles to catch you off guard. Curve balls, so to speak. Get over it.
We’re here to rip you from your comfort zone. If you need a road map for each step of the way, then maybe this race isn’t for you.
Aid Stations:
There will be 1-2 aid stations on-course. Come prepared, make sure you're properly hydrated!
Awards:
Awards ceremony for the top finishers of the Spartan Race (varies by location, not always applicable)

Spectators:
There will be a $1 charge per spectator that must be paid to the Stadium upon arrival. As a Spartan Race spectator, you get entry to the rocking festival area, a festival grounds map, access to some of the obstacles on course, not to mention the epic Gladiator pit and finish line. Enjoy the music and watch your friends and loved ones slip and slide through the Spartan course in the relative safety and comfort of the Spartan Race festival grounds! Beware, the next ticket you'll want to buy might have you standing on the Spartan starting line!
Parking:
On site at the stadium. Outside coolers or food are not allowed on the Stadium property.
Post Party:
Post Race Party – music, food to purchase, and beer*!
*Beer where applicable and following all drinking age laws.
Other:
The Spartan Race is not only for adults. Bring the kids ages 4-13 who can participate in their very own kids race. They will enjoy the thrill of the run, and a variety of scaled downed obstacles. Our mission is to inspire children to develop a love for fitness at an early age.
Each kid will receive a t-shirt and finishers medal. Kid's heats go off every hour from 9am to 3pm and costs $40.
Hurricane Heat Available
THE Hurricane Heat is a special opportunity that gives athletes the chance to run with the founders and staff of Spartan Race Hawaii in a unique and memorable way. It will be held on Sunday, March 23rd at 6:00am. No timing chips, clocks, bells or whistles. You will run backwards, sideways and experience some of the course. You may sign up for this special opportunity and still compete in the full race later in the day. There is an addional cost of $30 for the Hurricane Heat.
Start Time: 6:00am SHARP. Be late and be prepared to do an additional 100 Burpees.
