Course Description:
Join us for the first ever West Texas Zombie Run in Lubbock, Texas. The West Texas Zombie Run is a zombie-infested 5k obstacle course which challenges your zombie apocalypse survival skills. Imagine a natural terrain, with challenging yet FUN obstacles for you or your team to complete. This life surviving simulation does include plenty of opportunities to get muddy along the way. But you are not only trying to complete these survival obstacles, you're running from flesh-eating, virus spreading, bloody zombies, whose goal is to see that you join the ranks of the undead.
Aid Stations:
There will be one aid station and three water stations.
Spectators:
$10 (fee includes entrance into Buffalo Springs Lake)
Parking:
Carpooling is recommended.
Post Party:
D.J. & live bands will be playing throughout race with main entertainment after the last wave.

We are very excited to announce American Cancer Society (ACS) as the official charity partner of the West Texas Zombie Run – Lubbock to be held September 14, 2013.
The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.
With your support you can help ACS save lives and create a world with less cancer and more birthdays by helping people stay well, helping people get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back. All proceeds donated to ACS will be kept here in Lubbock to support our local friends and family with their fight against cancer.
