Race Start Time:

Check-in begins at 3pm.
All runners must check-in by 3:30.
Opening ceremonies begin at 3:45pm.
1st Jr. Mud Run heat begins at 4pm. Ladies Mud Run to follow Jr. Mud Run for kids.
Event concludes at 6pm following award ceremonies.

Sparta Mud Run Join us in scenic Sussex County NJ for the Annual Sparta Mud Run for Kids age 6-12yrs and Ladies age 13+. Jr. Mud Run course is 1/2mi run with climbing and muddy obstacles.
Ladies Mud Run is a 1mi run with climbing and muddy obstacles.

Course Description:

1/2mi run with climbing and muddy obstacles for kids age 6-12yrs (must have responsible adult in attendance with minors for duration of event - no drop-offs).
1mi run with climbing and muddy obstacles for ladies age 13+.
The focus is on FUN and MUD. While some obstacles will present a challenge, this is a easy course for beginners.
Obstacles include tires, barriers, water crossings, climbing structures and much more!

Aid Stations:

RN staffed first aid station on-site.
Free water available.

Awards:

Awards ceremony for all with medals for top finishers by age group.
Kids 6-8, 9-10, 11-12.
Ladies Teen, Adult.

Prizes:

There may be a few special prizes at the event - stay tuned!

Spectators:

Spectators are free and welcome to attend!
You may roam the course freely.

Parking:

Plenty of free parking available at the church.

All proceeds go to benefit Project Self Sufficiency of Newton, NJ.
The mission of Project Self-Sufficiency of Sussex County is to support and empower low-income individuals and families to improve the quality of life for themselves and for their children through comprehensive family stability and personal and economic self-sufficiency services.http://www.projectselfsufficiency.org/
Minimum age to participate is 6yrs by June 14th, 2015.
Indoor restrooms available to all runners and spectators.
Outdoor hose-off stations and wipes available.
