Course Description:
Located just a stones throw away from the Dulles Airport, you would never know it once you get on site. Once you step onto the 1000+ acre Ticonderoga Farms, you’ll feel like you’re in the country. With endless trails and roads winding through the woods over all types of terrain, this as a dream spot to come spend a day escaping the office to get a little dirty! Check out our Obstacles page for more info on the 23+ Obstacles you’ll be encountering.

Running Dirty is a 4 mile race with 23+ Navy Seal inspired obstacles including Hell Mile, with more mud, more fun, and an epic after party.
Because Running Dirty isn’t your average 5k run. Combined with 23+ obstacles, mud, and a little taste of Hell, these 4 miles are just enough to keep you feeling it the next week.
Hell Mile is a one mile section within the course that simulates a NAVY SEAL training course complete with instructors drilling you to see if you can make the cut. It lives up to the SEAL motto- “the only easy day was yesterday”
