Race Start Time:
Kids Races start at 9:00 am - 13 year olds go first, followed by 12, then 11 down to 7 year olds.
Junior KIDZ Mud Run 500 metres start at 10:15 am followed by the family run
Adults start at 12:15 pm - 10km Individual will start first, then Individual 5km, followed by Teams

Course Description:
The Muddy Good Run features a 500m mudder for the wee ones, a 1.5k for the kids (7-13 years), the 5k for the adults and teams and for those who are daring enough you can tackle the obstacles twice in the 10k race and this year we'll run a Family Race, a 3k course.
All competitors will run, walk, crawl, climb, slide around the park and finish a different colour than you started. Throughout the event you will be going over and under certain obstacles, up man made obstacles, slide down obstacles through water/mud, to the finish line taking in some of this magic.
A water jump, more water, horse jumps, mud, cars to crawl under in the mud, cars to climb over, trucks, hay bails, containers, scaffolding, water bins, slippery slides, camo net crawls, cargo net climbs. There is water and mud, tyres to run through, wire to crawl under, fences to scale, bales of hay to climb over, mud, a slippery slide and water.
At the Finish we'll have a wee slide to contend with and some more water plus a few surprises before the Finish.

Participants may form teams of either 3 members or 12 members aged 13 years and above
Kids Race:
The kids Race will be divided into these categories:
Junior Kids Race - 500m (4 to 6 years old)
Kids 1.5K (7 to 13)
Junior Kids Race-500m will require a Parent or Guardian to run with the child.
