Shocking Customer Service
The customer service for this run was appalling. I reached out in hopes I could refund for my tickets as I was stuck in lockdown in Auckland. I did not see a response, so I reached out again. When it recieved the email reply the women condescending said "FYI I sent you a message" and forward me proof, when I had not know it was mistakenly been trapped in spam. She was unwilling to refund the race in the end. I was shocked by the apathy and snarkiness of her repsonse. As young adults it's that money means a lot during this time.
