Course Description:
We created 5 and 7 mile courses using all of the wonderful rugged terrain Colorado has to offer! The race will consist of over 25 obstacles that will test your ability to run, climb, jump, crawl, and muscle your way to the finish. The course is designed by military personnel, hardcore hunters, climbers and construction experts and includes mud, water, ice, rocks, fire, bars, ropes, climbing, running and crawling. If this is your first time try the 5 mile, or if you are looking for more of a challenge compete in the 7 mile race. Bring your friends along to help you get to the finish! Our course design experts have put together Insane obstacles on a rugged course that will give you the most exhilirating mud run experience ever!
Also consider the Insanity Competition. This inaugural event combines the INSANE challenges of the Insanity Run with the crazy-fit physical feats of one of the toughest workout regimens in Colorado.
This competition will be an all day event with 2 workouts and a floater in the first half of the day, followed by the Insanity Run. All events will be scored!
Aid Stations:
There will be aid stations at least every mile. There will be paramedics at the event.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and can roam around the course.
Parking:
We have lots of free parking on site. You can just walk from your car to the starting line.
Other:
The Insanity Run does donate money to a few local charities.
We have lots of free parking and shower to clean off with.
Kids Run.....we have the best kids run in Colorado. Lots of obstacles and mud. They will have a blast. This is a great venue to bring the entire family to hang out for the day.
