Course Description:

This event will be slightly different – a 5km or 10km route, flat running that’s easy on the ankles, our full range of obstacles, and throwing distance from the London Underground. Ever thought you’d take on the Travelator in the middle of Clapham Common?

Aid Stations:

Water all the way through the course.
There will be medical services close to hand all through the site, with off-road vehicles to carry you back to the village if you need.

Spectators:

Spectators are free!

Parking:

Free parking.
Carpooling is encouraged.

Post Party:

The runners’ village will have food and drink outlets while for you buddies when finish!

Team:

Rough Runner is even more awesome when you do it with friends.
So to celebrate that, we’re giving a PROPER discount for groups.
Even better, we won’t make you recruit a small army to qualify – there just need to be two of you!
