Course Description:
Walk, jog or a run 5km around the estate over flat but rugged landscape with plenty of mud and natural obstacle in your way. Battle your way over 15 BIG obstacles including, climbs, walls, hurdles, mud bank, ponds, tarzan swings, monkey bar, slides and more! Expect to get very wet and muddy!
Aid Stations:
St Johns Ambulance will be on site with a medic tent and a 4x4 ambulance.
Spectators:
Spectators are totally free!
Parking:
Parking is free! Please do try and share lifts where possible.
Post Party:
There will be a flowing beer tent and some local foodies for your to tuck into after your run.
