Course Description:
Three mile course with hills, obstacles and mud.
Runners will wear a flag belt with three flags... zombies will try to steal your flag while running the course... similar to flag football.
Finish with a flag and you're a survivor!
Aid Stations:
Two water stations on the course and paramedics on stand-by.
Spectators:
Spectators can view the race from designated areas and admission is free.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Other:
KY Zombie Mud Run is a fun run for families, friends, co-workers.
Ages 6-12 can register in the kids category... 13 and older are adults.
Anyone 13 and under must be accompanied on the course at all times by a registered adult.
This is not a timed event. We do have changing stations on site.
Team:
