Course Description:
Put your body and mind to the test this spring at the TugMudDare Adventure Run! Run, walk, crawl, jump, climb, and high five your way along our 3.1 mile course. Set among the scenic ridge lines, woods, streams and trails of Snow Ridge, you'll test your true grit on a dozen unique and challenging obstacles. The course wanders throughout the ski area up and down hills as it covers roughly 2000 vertical feet.
Some of the obstacles along the course include: Ropes and Ladders, Hurtin' Hurdles, Balancing Act, Wicked Walls, Culvert Caves, Slippin 'n SLidin, and Dumpster Dive.
Aid Stations:
Water, Sanitizer, and medical staff will be available at different check points throughout the course.
Prizes:
There will be prizes on the line for the top three female and male finishers for the individual race section.
Spectators:
Spectators are free to attend.
Parking:
Parking will be available
Post Party:
Lunch, a drink, and some post race activities will be waiting for you at the finish line
Other:
A portion of all entries will go to the Fort Drum Climb to Glory Fund.
Team:
Teamwork and fun are the name of the game here. You'll work together with your teammates to finish the TugMudDare course! There is no minimum or maximum team size, so grab some friends and assemble your team!
Team heats are NOT competitive. Team's will receive a finishing time only for fun, no prizes are awarded in the team heats.
Kids Race:
The Jr.MudDare is run on a smaller, separate course than the TugMudDare. This run is open to all kids ages 3-12 years old. Children 5 and under require a parent or guardian to participate with them (no additional fee required).
This is a fun run with all kids receiving a finishers medal for completing the course!
