Race Start Time:
100 to 200 of your closest friends join you in each wave going off every 20 minutes starting at 9am with the last wave at noon. Pick a convenient time and tell your friends! If you want to lay down a smoking hot time, sign up for the competitive wave which kicks off the event. Just make sure to track your time....

Course Description:
With 10-12 obstacles on snaking dirt trails there is never a dull moment during LoziLu. Wall climbs, queen of the hill, and ropes create a bit of a challenge with balance beams, mazes and a giant slip 'n slide to turn up the fun! Each obstacle requiring strength or courage is creatively crafted to be accessible to a variety of fitness levels, and every obstacle is optional if your nerves get the best of you.

Aid Stations:
There are two aid stations on course with water and snacks to keep you topped off on course with additional aid stations at the Start and Finish.
Awards:
LoziLu is more inclusive than other fitness events and there are no competitive-based awards. Instead, you vote on the best costume, best dance moves, most energy, and several other events in a poll we send out a few days after each LoziLu. We mail the lucky winners some great prizes.
Spectators:
Your man, guy friends, kids and everyone you know can be a spectator. Spectators enjoy a day of fabulous entertainment for just $10 payable onsite via cash or credit (no spectator fee for Phoenix). This includes access to the party tent, a beer or wine (for over 21), and prime spectating vantage points. For the safety of the women participants, all spectators must remain in the spectator viewing areas. You are able to spot some of the most entertaining obstacles from these vantage points. Want to play a bigger support role? become a volunteer!
Post Party:
Beer, wine and the after-party start about 30 minutes after the start of the first wave. "Bar time" is three hours after the start of the final wave. Music plays for a couple hours before the start of the first wave and ends when the speakers are shut off sometime after "bar time." Safety is key, so stay hydrated prior to your wave and leave the alcohol for after
