RACER REFRESHMENTS

There will be a water station for racers halfway through the course and again at the finish line, where we’ll also have bananas to help you replenish your energy! Racers can bring your own bottles of water, but no other outside beverages or coolers are allowed into the venue.

Timing

Timing chips will not be used. However, we’ll still have an official time clock at the finish line so you know how long you took on the course.

Course:

The course will be 3.1 miles in length. The course terrain is a pasture that has some hills. There will be a couple of creek crossings, but water is extremely shallow.

Obstacles

We will not announce what the obstacles are before the race starts. You will need to prepare to climb, jump, crawl, pull, and carry.

SKIPPING OBSTACLES

We strongly encourage everyone to attempt every obstacle. Assess each obstacle as you approach to determine whether your fitness level will allow you to safely complete it.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The race will not be canceled for rain! This is an Obstacle course race, not a tea party at the retirement home. If there's lightning, we'll delay waves until it passes. When the race resumes, waves will go off at 15-minute intervals until the race is back on schedule. If there's severe weather that prevents the event from being held at all on Saturday, it'll be moved to Sunday.
